1. Introduction

Welcome to Opulent Aesthetics: The Community, a registered Sole Trader. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including online video tutorials of; dermal filler, botulinum toxin and skin booster treatments, and aesthetic treatment advice/mentorship. By signing up as a paying member and participating in Opulent Aesthetics: The Community’s course and Facebook group or by booking a Shadow Day, you accept in full, agree to comply with, and are bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services or sign up to become a member.

2. Defining Terms

“We” and “Our” and “Us” and “The Community” refers to Opulent Aesthetics: The Community and Opulent Aesthetics.

“Member” means any person who signs up for monthly subscription to Opulent Aesthetics: The Community.

“Your” and “Practitioner” means the individual receiving the service or services.

3. Service Description

The Community offers a wide range of assistance services to members in the aesthetic industry for informational purposes only. The Community aims to provide in depth knowledge on carrying out aesthetic treatments and provide regular support to members and shadow day practitioners. The full course will not be available all at once. The course will be launched in a staggered manner with a new chapter being released every week and the lessons of that chapter being released daily. This is to ensure you fully understand each chapter and every lesson. This will take 8-10 weeks and once the course has been completed, it will be available 24/7 to refer back to. Please note that the full course as now launched. Weekly videos will be posted in the private group. These videos will correspond to that week’s chapter and will further enhance your knowledge. After the full course is released, the rota for exclusive videos will follow the course release schedule .

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a qualified aesthetic practitioner to receive our services and be a part of The Community.

5. Membership and Subscription

5.1 Subscription Fee: The Community operates on a subscription basis. A monthly fee will be automatically deducted from your designated payment method on a billing cycle that corresponds with the date of sign up.

5.2 Missed Payments: It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for the monthly subscription. If a payment is declined due to insufficient balance or any other reason, your account will be automatically disabled, and access to all membership tools, resources, and chat functions will be revoked until payment is successfully processed.

5.3 Single-User Access: Each membership is intended to provide access for one person only. Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. Our technical team monitors IP addresses associated with each account, and any account found to be accessed from multiple locations or by multiple users, may be suspended or terminated without refund. 

6. Automatic Renewal

6.1 Renewal Terms: Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or deleting your direct debit. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Community until the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Account Responsibility

7.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

7.2 Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any breach of these terms or fraudulent activity.
